Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SeoSonar ("we", "our", "us") at www.seosonar.me and app.seosonar.me (the "Service"). By signing in or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What SeoSonar does

SeoSonar connects to your Google Search Console (read-only), analyzes up to 90 days of your own search performance data, and delivers a one-time SEO research report — scored experiments, title and meta rewrites, new page opportunities, and conversion suggestions — by email within 24 hours of payment.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of the domain you submit.
You must own or be authorized to request a report for the domain you select. You must have the property verified in Google Search Console under the account you sign in with.

3. Payments

SeoSonar is a one-time $49 USD purchase per report. No subscription.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe's terms.
Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Refund policy

If a delivered report is not useful to you, reply to your Stripe receipt or email hello@seosonar.me within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

5. Delivery

Reports are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If you don't receive your report within 48 hours, reach out and we'll make it right (priority delivery or a full refund).

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of your Google Search Console data and of the website(s) you submit.
You grant us a limited license to access your GSC data solely to generate your report. See the Privacy Policy for specifics.
You may revoke Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Request reports for sites you don't own or aren't authorized to analyze.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access parts of the Service you aren't authorized to use.
Resell the Service or the reports without our written consent.
Use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or harassing purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The SeoSonar name, logo, site copy, and the scoring and recommendation methodology are our property. Your report — delivered to you — is yours to use internally for your own business, including sharing it with employees, contractors, and agencies working on your behalf.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (search engine behavior, competitor actions, your implementation). We make no guarantees about rankings, traffic, or revenue. Recommendations are informed opinions, not promises of results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@seosonar.me. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Refund terms in Section 4 still apply where relevant.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email and on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Bengaluru, India, unless local law requires otherwise.
